Jagannath is the world famous temple situated in puri, Indian state of Odisha. The Temple is known by many names such as The Puri temple, The Srimandira, Tha Baba Deula etc. The Jagannath temple is tallest monument in the world with the height 214 feet from ground level. The temple is the most important destination for pilgrimage as per some Hindu traditions. Most of Hindu pilgrimages, especially who is big worshiper of God Krishna and God Vishnu, whey wants to visit Jagannath at least once in Life.
The Jagannath Temple is mainly well-liked for Rath Yatra, and Chariot fastivel. Generally you saw that the Hindu God and Goddess images are made with Stone or Matel but Jagannath image is made by Wooden and replaced it in every twelve or nineteen year by using sacred trees. The temple was established in 12 century A.D. and now it is preserved by the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI). Only staunch Hindus are permitted to enter into the place of worship.
