Badhkal Lake (बड़खल झील)

Badkhal Lake is natural lake that is situated in Badhkal village near the Faridabad district in Haryana, about 32 kilometers from National Capital India (Delhi). Lake is fringed by the world oldest mountain (Aravalli Range), the lake has totally dried up due to lake of rainfall water but lake is used for multiple tourism functions. Badhkal Lake looks very attractive in special in spring season. The word Badkhal is Persian word its mean “BEDAKHAL”. It has great importance age of the epic. The battle of Kurukshetra and battle of Panipat is related to the lake region.
